At OnlineLearning365 ("we," "us," "our"), we are committed to providing high-quality educational products and services. We understand that sometimes customers may be dissatisfied. This Refund Policy describes when refunds are available, how to request them, and any limitations that may apply.

2. Applicability

  • It does not apply to third-party products, plugin purchases, or external services not sold directly by us.

3. Refund Eligibility & Conditions

Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

Canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, unless the request meets the eligibility criteria above.

If a refund is approved, any refund amount will be prorated for the unused portion of your subscription, at our discretion and subject to local law.

5. Refund Processing

Any changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made prior to the policy update. Those purchases remain subject to the policy that was in place at the time of purchase.
